Description
This is a remake we made of a cross originally made by Baldwin in 1929. The picture is of the first plant to flower. These have a really nice fragrance with a deep grape to a magenta colored lip. You can sometimes see the coerulea influence in the background as the colors can have some Indigo shading to them. When listed as being in spike these may be sent in sheath with the buds coming up inside. We prefer to ship them at this stage if possible to prevent any damage to the flower buds and sheaths. The plants offered are large specimens grown for over a decade from our seed production.
